  Jocelynn, a lifelong resident of the Madison County area and Jersey County for the last 5 years, is a graduate of Lewis and Clark Community College. Outside of her professional endeavors, she cherishes moments spent with her four children Maddox, Roman, Sayler and Savvie. With over five years of experience, she exemplifies a strong commitment to serving others. During her leisure time, Jocelynn values family weekends and side-by-side riding with her children and Seth. Her deep-seated passion for assisting individuals in times of crisis is evident in a customer-centric approach. At the agency, she finds fulfillment in providing customers with a sense of security through comprehensive coverage choices against unforeseen losses or tragedies. Keeping families well protected is her specialty.

  Rance is a seasoned Senior Licensed Sales Producer with a robust track record of over three years in the industry, characterized by steady growth and a resilient approach to overcoming challenges. Bringing a wealth of sales experience spanning two decades in diverse sectors including newspapers, hotels, and recruiting, Rance offers a unique perspective on product sales. His core focus revolves around helping customers find appropriate coverage to deliver essential value and safeguarding. Infusing his interactions with a positive attitude and a touch of humor, Rance seeks to leave a lasting sense of satisfaction with everyone he engages. His daily inspiration stems from his wife and their four children. In his free time, Rance enjoys leisurely strolls with his wife, partaking in darts, socializing with friends, embarking on jeep excursions, and relishing moments of relaxation on the couch.

  Alex is commemorating his five-year tenure at the agency. He takes pride in his adeptness at establishing rapport with customers and delivering exceptional service. Hailing from Maryville and currently residing in Edwardsville, Alex has a deep-rooted passion for the St. Louis Blues and an affinity for animals. During his leisure hours, he enjoys playing golf, strumming the guitar, and spending quality time with loved ones.

  Heather has many years of sales and customer service experience not only working in financial aid offices but has also spent 17 years working in health care, bringing a great amount of compassion and empathy to our agency to provide to customers and be able to relate to their individual needs. Growing up in Jerseyville, she now resides in Godfrey with her family. She loves spending her free time cheering on her kids at their many sporting events and activities. As someone who was insured with the Standefer Agency prior to joining the team, it is her passion to continue to bring great service and great savings to local customers.

  Melissa’s true passion is customer service! She is dedicated to building trust and customer loyalty and will help see that you are provided with excellent support. Managing the agency is a crucial part of her role and she is very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable staff that is always ready to assist! Melissa grew up in Collinsville and met her husband who is from Bethalto. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and their spouses, family and friends, going to Cardinal games and shopping! Her personal commitment, combined with her 20+ years working in Human Resources and newly acquired insurance knowledge will allow for a great personal experience here at the Agency!

  Doris joined the agency in 2014 with a strong commitment to public service and aiding others. She meticulously manages the claims process for insured individuals, guiding them through it seamlessly. Doris is adept at simplifying the complexities of the claims process, seeing to each customer's contentment during what can be a stressful time. Hailing from Alton, Doris now calls Rosewood Heights home. In her free time, she enjoys reading, taking long walks, playing the slots, and cherishing moments with her family. Doris is always there to help!

  Lindsey is the newest addition to our team. Lindsey currently calls Brighton, IL her home. She has 7 years of customer service experience and sales between the financial field and Insurance field. She considers successfully balancing her career while being a devoted parent to be a significant achievement in her life. She chose to work in the insurance industry because she genuinely enjoys helping people feel secure and supported during uncertain times. Insurance can be confusing and overwhelming, so she takes pride in breaking things down clearly and providing the kind of guidance she would want for her own family. Her motivation comes from knowing that what she does helps protect people’s homes, vehicles and livelihoods- and that kind of impact really matters to her. She is passionate about building trust with customers and being someone they can rely on, not just during claims, but throughout every stage of life. Lindsey enjoys watching her husband and father-in-law race cars and spending as much time as she can with her 14-month-old daughter.

  Welcome Nate Ricci to the Standefer Agency! Nate Ricci, a local resident, spent his entire childhood in Bethalto and is a graduate of Civic Memorial. He furthered his education at Lewis and Clark Community College (LCCC) in Godfrey and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) in Edwardsville before settling in Godfrey. His career in customer service began at 16, working in the restaurant and retail industries, as well as with Sports Service in Saint Louis for the Blues, Cardinals, and the St. Louis City Soccer Club. Nate excels in building strong customer relationships and giving top-notch experiences. Transitioning to the insurance sector, Nate values assisting people in safeguarding what matters most to them. His approach emphasizes trust-building and exceptional service, aiming to positively impact customers' lives by addressing their insurance needs and providing a sense of security and support. Known for his approachable nature, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail, Nate adeptly identifies customers' requirements and delivers effective insurance solutions promptly. A remarkable achievement for Nate is completing his bachelor's degree at the young age of 20, demonstrating unwavering dedication by pursuing his studies continuously without breaks. His dedication to customer service was also recognized with multiple Outstanding Service certificates while working at Busch Stadium. During his leisure time, Nate enjoys visiting Carlyle Lake with his family, a tradition spanning over a decade. Whether on the water or at Harbor Light Bay, these moments hold special significance, creating cherished memories for Nate and his loved ones.
